Our online store focuses on stylish, durable everyday apparel for casual wear and daily outfit matching. By accessing our website, browsing our clothing collections and completing any purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by all terms listed below. If you disagree with any clause in this agreement, you are not authorized to use our website or purchase our products.
1. Terms Modification & Usage Restriction
We reserve the right to update these terms occasionally to meet updated e-commerce rules and brand operational needs. All revisions will take effect immediately once published on our site, and users will not receive separate notification emails. All clothing items sold by sjzmall are only for personal private use. Any unauthorized commercial resale, wholesale trading, design copying and bulk sales of our apparel are strictly forbidden without our written permission.
2. Customer Age Requirement & Information Accuracy
Customers need to be at least 18 years old to place independent orders on our platform. All orders placed by minors must be approved and managed by legal guardians, who shall bear all risks and liabilities for such transactions. When placing an order, you promise that your shipping address, contact details and personal information are true and accurate. We will not be responsible for delivery delays, lost parcels or extra shipping fees caused by wrong information provided by you.
3. Product Description & Inventory Notice
We take real product photos and provide clear descriptions for all our clothes. Slight color differences, minor stitching marks and subtle fabric texture gaps are inevitable due to shooting light, different screen displays and manual garment production. These slight differences are normal production features and do not belong to product quality defects.
All clothing stocks are updated in real time. We have the right to remove discontinued styles, adjust stock quantity and launch new seasonal clothes freely. If your order is out of stock after payment due to inventory system errors, we will contact you in time and arrange a full refund with no extra fees deducted.
4. Order & Payment Rules
Your submitted order represents your genuine purchase willingness. A valid sales contract is formed after we send an official order confirmation email. We adopt safe encrypted payment channels to protect your payment information and fund security. All clothing prices and shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout without any hidden charges.
We reserve the right to cancel abnormal orders, including invalid address orders, repeated orders, suspicious payment orders and orders affected by system failures. All refunds will be returned to the original payment account within 3-5 business days.
5. Shipping & Packaging Policy
We provide nationwide shipping services within the UK. Shipping fees are calculated according to package weight and size. All garments are packed with soft anti-wrinkle and dust-proof materials to keep clothes tidy and intact during transportation.
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by force majeure events such as bad weather, courier service suspension and traffic control. Please check your goods carefully after receiving parcels. If clothes are damaged upon arrival, please provide valid photos within 48 hours to apply for after-sales service.
6. Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return window for all unused and intact clothing products. Returned clothes must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains and odors, and keep original tags and complete packaging. Any clothes with wearing traces, washing damage or artificial modification will not be accepted for return.
Clearance sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Customers need to bear return shipping fees unless the clothes have inherent quality problems or wrong delivery caused by our side. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after our warehouse inspection passes.
7. Clothing Care & Liability Statement
Please follow the care labels attached to each piece of clothing for daily cleaning and maintenance to avoid fabric shrinkage, fading and pilling. We will not provide after-sales compensation for clothing damage caused by improper washing, wrong storage and personal misuse.
All sjzmall clothes comply with local commodity safety standards. We provide replacement and refund services for confirmed defective products. Within the scope permitted by law, we will not undertake liability for any indirect losses caused by product use.
8. Intellectual Property Protection
All sjzmall brand logos, clothing designs, product images and website content are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction and commercial use of our brand content is prohibited. We will take legal actions against any infringement behaviors.
9. Privacy Protection
We comply with UK GDPR data protection regulations. Personal information collected during checkout is only used for order processing, delivery arrangement and customer reply. We will never sell or share your private information with third parties without your consent.
