Order Processing Time
We will process, inspect and pack all orders within 24 working hours after payment is completed. Orders will not be processed on weekends and UK bank holidays. Each clothing item will be checked carefully before shipment to avoid flaws such as loose threads, stains and fabric damage, ensuring perfect product condition before delivery.
Product Packaging
All garments are packed with waterproof and wrinkle-proof packaging bags. We use soft inner packaging to protect clothes from extrusion and keep original flat shape, avoiding unnecessary creases during long-distance transportation without extra bulky packaging.
UK Domestic Shipping
We offer two reliable shipping methods for all UK addresses, with free real-time tracking attached to every parcel.

Priority Shipping: Same-day or next working day delivery, shipping cost £2.38. Orders placed before 3 PM on working days will be shipped out on the same day.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries globally. International delivery takes longer transit time, and occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, local courier arrangement or bad weather beyond our control.

Customs & Import Fees
All import duties, taxes and clearance fees required by local customs are borne by buyers. As textile products, our clothing may receive random customs inspection. sjzmall shall not be liable for parcel detention, return or additional fees caused by local import regulations.
Undeliverable Areas
We do not ship to military restricted areas, international sanctioned regions, remote islands and invalid PO box addresses. If your shipping address is undeliverable, our customer team will contact you promptly to update address or arrange a full refund with no service fees.
Parcel Tracking & Delivery Failure
Once your parcel is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to your mailbox. If no logistics updates last for 4 working days, please feel free to contact us for help. Unclaimed parcels will be returned to our warehouse after 7 days, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
